We began with site inspections and prepared a specification that enabled precise determination of the technical and material solutions that should be considered by bidders during the conducted tender process. We provided support in the verification of cost estimates and participated in the "value engineering" process, leading to the selection of the most optimal solutions, generating significant cost savings. We maintained ongoing technical supervision over the execution of FIT OUT works. Upon completing the investment, we participated in final inspections and were involved in the procedures for verifying the removal of defects.
