This is not a change in the direction of our business, but a natural complement resulting from our concern for the comfort and business safety of our clients.

Analyzing the needs of our clients and observing the market, we identified a significant gap in the execution of minor construction works in office spaces. Many tenants, despite having specific needs related to office adaptation – such as painting walls, replacing carpets, or small renovations – faced difficulties in finding reliable contractors under reasonable terms. In response to these signals, we decided to expand the scope of our services.

 

 

 

At the beginning of 2025, we launched a new segment of our business, ILNEDRO: the execution of minor fit-out works. Our goal is to provide tenants with comprehensive support – from consulting, through design, to the efficient execution of works that were previously difficult to outsource in a cost-effective and organizational manner.

Main conclusions from the past year

 

 

In the past year, we have realized that lasting business relationships and mutual trust are key – both for the success of the project and for effective resource management. It has also been confirmed that competencies, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to the client's needs constitute a competitive advantage in increasingly non-standard projects.

 

In response to the growing complexity of the topics that come to our team – including a record number of audits and mediation-court proceedings – we have consistently developed our analytical, technical, and negotiation skills. All to ensure that we provide our clients with the highest level of support at every stage of the project process.

The year 2024 was a period of stable growth for ILNEDRO, but also a time for reflection and further adapting our services to the changing realities of the office real estate market and the expectations of the tenants. We have completed a similar number of projects as in the previous year, increased the number of served clients, and our financial results confirmed our sustained market position. At the same time, it has been a time that allowed us to draw important conclusions and implement specific actions.
