Photos from the realization by Fotografia Kinga Skalik.
Co-creating the SCF office was a unique honor for us. Thanks to thoughtful design and the commitment of all participants, the project became a space conducive to both effective work and inspiration. This realization will long remain in our memory as an excellent example of successful collaboration and a harmonious combination of functionality with aesthetics. We proudly reflect on the final result and are pleased that we could be part of this exceptional endeavor.
The ILNEDRO Team
One of the biggest challenges in the arrangement was the massive casing of the structural column. Due to its size, there was a risk that it would dominate the space and disrupt the visual balance of the interior. We decided on an unusual but effective solution – the entire structure was finished with a mirror, which optically "dissolved" this element into the space. The final effect surprised even us – of course, in the most positive way.
From a technical standpoint, the biggest challenge was planning the installation with the lack of the possibility to use floor boxes, which resulted from the structural conditions of the building. It was necessary to cleverly and precisely route the wiring so that it did not interfere with the functionality of the space. Thanks to the close cooperation of all parties involved, we managed to develop solutions that combine technical requirements with ergonomics and user comfort.
Our involvement in the project began at the stage of selecting the general contractor when the initial scope of work was determined. As ILNEDRO, we were responsible for the interior design and cost support, operating within a strictly defined budget and timeline. The changes we implemented aimed to improve the quality of the project while taking into account the availability of materials and the necessity of seamlessly implementing alternative solutions alongside ongoing construction work. A key element of success was the excellent collaboration with the general contractor – CT Construction Team – which throughout the entire implementation process demonstrated great openness and understanding of the tenant's needs.
An interesting solution used in the office is the carpet – although maintained in a uniform color scheme, its pile structure creates a subtle 3D effect, adding depth to the interior. This approach gives the space elegance, as well as freshness and energy, conducive to the daily work of the team.
The priority in the arrangement was the comfort of the users – the office is equipped with premium ergonomic chairs and height-adjustable desks, which have a real impact on the comfort and health of employees. The selection of movable furniture and felt wall finishes was supported by the company TENGO, which demonstrated great commitment, flexibility, and an excellent sense of aesthetics.
We also did not forget about greenery – plants placed throughout the office not only improve air quality but also introduce a natural element that positively affects well-being.
At the beginning of 2025, we had the pleasure of advising and supporting our client, SCF Property Services, in the process of arranging a new office located in the heart of Warsaw. This is a unique investment that combines functionality, aesthetics, and comfort at work—all within the urban landscape of the capital.
The interior design project, developed by ILNEDRO, is based on warm, muted colors, complemented by subtle yet striking color accents. The foundation is a cashmere color—a timeless shade that blends warm beige with gray. This color is often chosen in contemporary projects for its versatility and ability to warm up spaces. It pairs well with both neutral and stronger accents, creating a cohesive and modern whole.
