Effectiveness instead of trends
Lawsome's office is an example of a conscious approach to office space design that does not succumb to trends but responds to the specific needs of the team. It is not about "home warmth," but about creating a place that supports effectiveness, promotes focus, and builds a professional image of the brand. Muted colors, natural materials, a clear division of functions, and consistency in aesthetics mean that this intimate office operates like a well-designed mechanism – quietly, precisely, effectively.
In opposition to the "home office" trend
The project was created in opposition to the currently dominant trend of the "home office." Instead of the coziness inspired by residential interiors, the focus here is on concentration and professionalism. The intention was to clearly define the office as a workspace conducive to focus and efficiency. A subdued color palette, appropriate acoustics, and the absence of unnecessary distractions support the daily tasks of the team.
In the aesthetic layer, natural wood, cool shades of gray, classic white, and deep black dominate – all of which build an atmosphere of modern elegance and balance.
Wise use of existing conditions
The Lawsome office was designed to maximize the use of existing installations and the layout of the walls. This approach significantly reduced implementation costs while posing a substantial design challenge. Already at the planning stage of the investment, in collaboration with the ILNEDRO team, partitions requiring reconstruction and sealing were identified. In key areas, the replacement of insulation was planned, additional paneling was applied, and sealing of installation passages was carried out. The demolition work conducted during the implementation was meticulously supervised by specialists from ILNEDRO, which translated into a high level of acoustic insulation of the partitions achieved in the final effect. One of the additional actions improving the insulation of the partitions was the replacement of existing door frames with glass doors with enhanced parameters, equipped with self-sealing gaskets.
Thoughtful function in a small space
The design of the Lawsome office is a response to the challenge of creating a functional and elegant space in a limited area. Despite the restricted square footage, it was possible to clearly delineate all necessary zones – reception, workstations, a 10-person meeting room, a focus room for teleconferences, and a break room – while maintaining coherence and user comfort. Thanks to glass walls, the use of mirrors, and appropriate lighting, the rooms remain visually light. The use of curtains and sound-absorbing materials – felt finishes and acoustic panels – ensures complete privacy during conversations. The key to success turned out to be the thoughtful arrangement of functions and attention to detail.
