The realization of the office of Lawsome in the building at Królewska 18 – a modern location in the heart of Warsaw, right by Marszałkowska and Grzybowska streets – was an exceptional project for us. ILNEDRO's support included full supervision and advice in the technical, cost, schedule, and material aspects. The uniqueness of this collaboration lay in the fact that we participated from the very beginning – already at the stage of negotiating the lease agreement with the Landlord. Thanks to this, we could actively accompany the investor throughout the entire process: from the first sketches of the concept, through design and implementation supervision, to the moment of moving in and the final touches of the arrangement.
