At the beginning of 2025, we had the pleasure of advising and supporting our client, SCF Property Services, in the process of arranging a new office located in the heart of Warsaw. This is a unique investment that combines functionality, aesthetics, and comfort at work—all within the urban landscape of the capital.

Our involvement in the project began at the stage of selecting the general contractor when the preliminary scope of work was established. As ILNEDRO, we were responsible for interior design development and cost support, operating within a strictly defined budget and timeline. The changes we implemented aimed to enhance the project's quality while considering the availability of materials and the need for seamless implementation of alternative solutions alongside ongoing construction work. A key element of success was the excellent cooperation with the general contractor—CT Construction Team—who throughout the entire realization process demonstrated great openness and understanding of the tenant's needs.
