The scope of our work on the ISON Care project included technical and cost consultancy on behalf of the Investor, CA Immo.

We supervised the process of modernizing building installations and ensured their compliance with applicable regulations.

We conducted interdisciplinary "value engineering," which allowed for the selection of the most optimal solutions in terms of design, technical aspects, and costs.

ILNEDRO's tasks also included advising and consulting on projects regarding functionality, applied technical solutions, as well as servicing and maintenance of the premises. The scope of work concluded with participation in the acceptance of the premises and verification of interdisciplinary protocols and as-built documentation.
