The scope of our work in this project mainly included cost and technical consultancy for the client throughout the entire project. We supported the Tenant and Designers in verifying the cost estimates presented by bidders and participated in negotiations with the Investor and potential General Contractors.

We conducted cross-industry "value engineering", which allowed for the selection of the most optimal design solutions.

The tasks of ILNEDRO also included advising and consulting projects in terms of content and technical solutions. The scope of work will end with participation in surface acceptance and verification of multi-industry protocols and as-built documentation.
