During the cooperation with Ringier Axel Springer Polska, our tasks included the support of the Tenant during the entire design and execution process carried out in the Design & Build formula. We were responsible for the development of the technical and material specification for the needs of the tender and the selection of the General Contractor.

We provided support to the client in the verification and analysis of cost estimates presented by bidders and participated in negotiations with suppliers in order to obtain more favorable prices for the client. We also prepared "value engineering" for several million zlotys, which was finally implemented. We supervised the implementation schedule and controlled the flow of project documentation.

Our tasks also included advising and consulting projects in terms of content, work organization and technical solutions. The project was completed with active participation in final acceptance and verification of as-built documentation.
